Economic rights and legitimate interests under economic justice protection

This year we celebrate 85th anniversary of economic justice in the Republic of Belarus. It has its own history rooted in the distant part.

We believe that our main tasks are protection of infringed rights and legitimate interests of the subjects of entrepreneurial activities, foreign companies and citizens, as well as promotion of law enforcement and prevention of wrong in the field of entrepreneurial and other economic activities in the Republic of Belarus, respect for law and forming of a law-governed state.

We attach great importance to international cooperation and interaction with state judicial bodies of foreign states with a view to implement these tasks.
